TDPUD customers are actively being targeted by phone scammers using a fake TDPUD caller-ID.  Scammers are calling claiming immediate disconnect if payment is not made over the phone.  Don't be fooled!  Call 530-587-3896 immediately if you have any questions or to report suspicious calls.

The Truckee Donner PUD and Truckee Family Resource Center has many customer service programs designed to help those in need and, if you qualify, special assistance may be available.

Income - Qualified Energy Savings Program (ESP):
You may qualify for a one-time credit on your bill equal to your largest electric bill in the past 12 months (up to $200). Call the TDPUD’s partner on this program, the Family Resource Center of Truckee, at 530-587-2513 to see if you qualify.
